Engagement Ring Consultation: How It Works

When contacting us for a diamond appointment, please provide as much information as possible. This allows us to maximize our time together and ensure a personalized experience. Here’s how you can help us prepare for your consultation:

  • Preference for Lab or Natural Diamonds: Let us know if you have a preference for lab-grown or natural diamonds.
  • Stone Ratios: If you're interested in elongated stones, please specify any particular ratios you have in mind.
  • Inspiration Images: If you're considering a bespoke custom design, feel free to send us any inspiration images. This helps us better understand your vision.
  • Notice for Diamond Appointments: We require at least one week’s notice for all diamond appointments to prepare a tailored selection that meets your criteria.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least three days' notice.
