New York's Fall Colors Influence Jewelry Trends November 22 2011 - Catherine Angiel, 0 Comments

What is more inspiring than nature itself?

Around every New York street corner, I see vibrant shades of orange right now.  It’s the color of autumn, windswept leaves of fall covering the grey ground with gold. And the amazing pumpkin and butternut squash soups on the restaurant specials boards!

I love working with “burnt orange” diamonds… they are untreated, natural and romantic. Gold hammered wedding band

Natural orange diamonds are among the rarest diamonds in the world.  The most famous is known as the Pumpkin Diamond, which was worn by Halle Berry to the 2002 Oscars where she won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in Monster’s Ball, and was displayed as part of the Smithsonian's "The Splendor of Diamonds" exhibit.
